How does the program work?
We've created a subscription program with a choice of media packages. With each package, we connect participating practices with their best prospects via some combination of
email, social media, and/or display ads (depending on the package chosen). All of the creative assets used in the campaign are pre-approved by the DSO and are personalized for the
practice. USADATA handles everything including the campaign deployment, optimization with machine learning, and attribution reporting. Registration for the program and the ability to
monitor campaign performance through dashboards is made easy with BluFalcon.
What will the creatives used in the campaign look like? Who designs them? Will the practice's information be included?
The creatives used in each campaign are pre-approved by the DSO and will feature the participating practice's logo, and for emails, also their address, location, contact
information, website, dentists, and the offers they wish to promote.
How do you choose the audience for the campaign?
BluFalcon provides enhanced audience targeting by analyzing a practice's current patients and pinpointing its best new look-alike prospects, as well as with machine learning to
refine audience selection on the fly based on conversions and engagement.
How much does a subscription cost?
Subscription packages typically are between $750 - $2,500 per month. USADATA in conjunction with the DSO will offer a choice of packages to fit the practice's budget. In our
experience, those packages that reach prospects through multiple channels produce the highest ROI.
